Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SkillTreq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use SkillTreq
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

Your data

  • You own your data. All workout logs, progress data, and content you create belongs to you
  • You can export your data at any time using the export feature in app settings
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

Service availability

  • SkillTreq is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
  • We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability, especially for the free tier
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes
  • Prices are listed in euros and may be updated with 30 days notice
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillTreq and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
